About Me

Born in the beautiful coastal town of Santa Barbara, I’ve had the privilege of experiencing life in different cultures, including a transformative period in Switzerland. My journey into holistic healing truly began about six years ago when I discovered the profound benefits of yoga, meditation, and Reiki healing.

 

I became a certified life coach in 2022, and shortly after, I completed my Yoga Teacher Training (YTT 200) in Bali, Indonesia. I felt a calling to share what I’ve learned with the world and help others in their own journeys, rather than keeping these insights to myself.

 

My own path to healing was sparked during a time when I was seeking deeper connection and guidance. I realized the importance of having a safe space to explore and reconnect with oneself. This inspired me to create Level Up Coaching—a nurturing environment where others can embody their full potential, tap into their creativity, and reconnect again.
